We met in 2016 while Emma was home on Spring Break. After spending time together with mutual friends, we kept in touch and started talking more and more—even long-distance.

When Emma came back home to Reno for vacation, we started dating, and the rest is history. Our first date ended with a walk along the Truckee River, which has since become our go-to spot for date nights.

We made it through three years of long-distance, followed by another year apart when Chris went to school in Phoenix (of course!). Through it all, our relationship continued to grow and only became stronger.

Now, after nine years together, we're just as in love as we were on day one—if not more. We've grown through the highs, the lows, and all the little moments in between. We've built something solid and beautiful, full of laughter, trust, and endless support. According to God, we’re 96% compatible!
